Something for protein lovers and lovers of fresh breads and fruits

Do you belong to people, who can not resist to smell and taste of fresh bread? Or you are sick from rice, potatoes, oatmeal and in need for change? In this case, I recommend you to try this recipe of fresh sweet bread with fruits, which will be source of your energy for whole day. Good news for you lies in fact, that the taste of this bread can be various, according to used protein powder or fruits, so you can have a bread with different tastes during a week.

What you need to prepare protein bread with fruits

Ingredients

1. At least 3 scoops of protein powder (approx 90-100 g), better used non-fruit flavours

2. 3 eggs (2 egg whites + 1 egg yolk)

3. At least 3 bananas

4. Around 150 g of rye flour

5. Fruit which you want to have in your bread

6. 30-40g of shredded coconut

7. 2 soup spoon of cocoa powder

Ingredients mentioned below – 8. and 9. are optional

8. 1 and half soup spoon of honey

9. 1 soup spoon of baking powder

How to proceed in preparation of protein bread with fruits

It is not very hard, so everyone can prepare his bread with this recipe

1. Preheat oven to 180 °C

2.  In big bowl crush bananas with spoon or fork on a pulp

3. Put all ingredients in the bowl and stir it all, until you will have smooth dough

4. Pour out dough from step 3 into dish for baking (use paper for baking, which you put on the bottom of that dish)

5. Put into the oven and bake approx 30 minutes
