Maybe you have noticed that on the internet you can find a lot of different training programs, bodybuilding supplements, weigth-loss plans and food plans. You can find many conflocting training programs, diets and advices. But perhaps you don’t know which is right for you, which is the best. It depends on your body type. We know 3 different body types:

If you are endomorph and you use diet plans for ectomorph you’ll be suprise how much fat you gain instead of muscles. It’s very important to know which body type you are.

You should learn about this body types, it can be very useful for you. My close friend is rndromorph and I’m mesomorph. They have different diets and different training plans like me.  If you know which type you are and what are typical traits, you can boost your results in a gym or through another sport.

Everyone has the potential to build a great shape and achive great goals. However, someone can do some things easier and some harder. Knowledge can help you to find your strong sides and you will be able to use them to boost your results!
