Crispy baked celery fries are good alternative to regular chips, which are full of oil. You need just some celery, lemon, garlic and 45 minutes of your time.

You will need this:

  • 250g celery
  • 3 table spoons of lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1 garlic
  • 5 table spoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

How to cook it:

Wash your celery and slice it to chips. Put these chips to water a mix it with lemon juice. Prepare them to bake and mix them with garlic and salt. You can add some spice by your own. Put them to oven for 30 minutes (180 C)
